Installers called and explained the procedure. Flooring came and placed in home. Installers came was courteous and professional installation done. They removed the old flooring and cleaned the area.

They showed up on time and they did what they said they were going to do. They cleaned up the site very well which I thought they took some extra time to keep things safe. They also put up with my dog. They were real close in their pricing to what we wanted to spend.

The carpet quality is bad and the men who installed it were not professional, were late, and the quality of the installation was bad. The carpeting is coming up, splitting at the seams, and I keep stepping on the tack strips, causing me pain. Attempted to get Lowes back out here to fix the problem but my calls were never returned. Also, the men in the appliance part of Lowes are extremely rude. EVERY time I went in there, these people treat me badly. They ignore me, are rude when I approach them, and talk down to me.
