Numerous phone calls have not been returned including messages left on the owners cell phone. All l want not is insurance claim forms and can't even get those.

With our response to this customers review and complaint we were given a satisfactory resolution through the department of agriculture. This is public record for anyone to read. There were two children's rooms, minimal household furniture (NO APPLIANCES) and numerous boxes, move was due to domestic split.
A little over an hour of movers arrival, (I was packing items due to situation) I realized only minimal amounts of furniture and boxes had been removed from house and placed in moving truck. I went through the explanation process again of items needing to be removed and the importance of the minimal time frame to remove items from home.
The movers then moved at a slightly faster pace but after another 1+ hour, gentlemen explained to me that there was to much weight on the truck and they couldn't take much more.
Once the items they would take were loaded, they stated they needed to stop for lunch (after working less than 3 hours). They were at McDonald's for almost an hour when I called their management office to complain. At the time the office manager attempted to explain to me there was going to be additional charges due to the time quoted and what the perceived time of job completion would be. I explained to her the movers showed up late (I had called the office when the were 20 minutes late) and that it was not my responsibility to cover their lunch break for a job that was quoted and scheduled for four hours. We came to the agreement to discuss any additional charges at the completion of the job.
They arrived at storage facility shortly thereafter, I had already reserved a storage unit I was confident would hold the items I wanted to place in storage (I have moved numerous times over my adult years). I left them to unload and pack storage unit, while I returned to house to retrieve numerous left items, only to find furniture from children's rooms still in bedrooms and many packed boxes left behind.
When I returned to storage with my first of many car loads, they movers had insufficiently packed storage unit leaving appx. two feet to ceiling and a more than acceptable amount of space in and around items placed in storage. I was completely unsatisfied with their lack of professional. I cancelled the additional location the movers were originally schedule to make with items my children and I needed immediately and rented an additional storage unit. I asked them to finish placing items remaining on truck in the rear of second unit so I could move place items still at the house in the unit upon my numerous remaining trips and have room to move about to reorganize both units. Upon, returning to storage unit (with another carload of item) the movers had placed a formal dining room table upside down on a desk in the very front of storage unit. They told me they had emptied the truck and were finished.
I asked if there were any additional charges, as it was a half an hour over the quoted time (minus the tardiness and lunch break). SLIDE GUY stated there were no additional charges he was informed of by office manager upon calling in completion of job. I signed the receipt and circled total in middle of contract marking it paid in full!
The very next the office staff began calling me and leaving voice messages that I needed to call and make payment on the remaining balance (which she stated was an additional 1 1/2 hours), or the owner would be contacting me; she also stated she wasn't threatening me, just suggesting I handle the matter before the owner contacted me. I waited for the owner to contact me and have yet to hear from said person!
