Pet Stores
This is not a "modern" pet supermarket but an old fashioned shop with knowledgeable folks working there. Unlike those in the newer shops, they actually know what they're talking about. We were shown a variety of finches and told about the care they require as well as the benefits of choosing finches over other birds. We were asked about the environment we would provide as well as our experience with birds in general. This guy cares about the animals he sells. We left with the birds and everything needed to keep them healthy.
I've been going to Exotic Pets for 6 years and have never been disappointed. While the larger stores beat them in price, you will not buy something you don't need here! The big thing is their knowledge and affection for animals. The variety of animals is impressive and they are well cared for in the shop. Your satisfaction and the welfare of the animals are their prime concerns. Why go anywhere else?
