DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR SERVICES NOT RENDERED, BREAK YOUR FENCES AND THEN TELL YOU THEY ARE PUTTING LIENS AGAINST YOUR PROPERTY IF YOU DONT PAY, EVEN THOUGH ITS ILLEGAL IN THE STATE OF FL FOR A CONTRACTOR TO LIEN FOR LAWN CUTS ONLY. HORRIBLE IN ALL CATEGORIES!!! THIEVES AND LIARS! AGAIN- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

These are crooks. As others have stated they will bill you for phantom visits they say they make but never show up and will argue when you call them out on it. They only mow the front yard if they do show up and no edging or any of the other things they are paid to do. Bottom line do not waste your time it will only lead to a unkept yard and a lot of hassle to explain why you shouldn't have to pay for services not rendered.

He said they would have to do it in two pieces. He was going to get back to me the following week to coordinate when. Somebody just showed up and did part of it without me knowing so I didn't get to tell them the specifics so it's not done right. It's been 2 weeks and I haven't heard from them. I guess I got work for free but it didn't actually do what I needed so I got what I paid for.

I donâ t like to leave bad reviews but this is so that everyone can avoid the trouble Iâ ve had. Truly the worst experience. I would not recommend for anyone to hire them. David who got in touch with me initially was helpful in the beginning. And then became impossible to reach but always sent me an invoice. So refuses to respond but always wanted to be paid. Also the third party he hired was terrible. Never knew when they were coming and they only serviced once a month but got paid for two. They would charge me flow blowing leaves off my porch and driveway. Did nothing else. Did not even bother to check my backyard when they came which was definitely overgrown. And when they did service they did a terrible job and even ripped some of our lanai that was close to the grass. Was not told about it either. Discovered while in backyard. Save yourself a headache and stay away from this business.

Rapid response with professional service.

2 young men had my lawn in front and back cut in 10 minutes. The price was reasonable and during the growing season they will cut twice a month.

So far GREAT job. I have already recommended them to a friend.

You never get the same crew on each lawn crew. They do NOT do what I pay each month for. I always have to sweep out my screened room after they leave. They have ruined and tore up my skirting around my entire home. They have missed scheduled times for service. They do NOT edge lawn at the street edge or driveway. They were to spray weed killer around my home instead of weed-wacking. NEED I SAY ANYMORE! I am a 72 yr. old woman, because of a serious medical condition.....I am not permitted to do any lawn work what-so-ever! I have made plenty of phone calls to David Caldwell and never received any satisfaction!

I hired them and they stopped showing up! I called the owner about it and he did not believe me and was so rude! They were such a mess! On their website they claim to be insured but in reality they subcontract most of their work and those subs have no workers comp. They also don't even do everything they claim to be able to. They don't even have the equipment and their trucks are a mess! He was threatening to sue me for owing money, even though they should have paid me for not having done the work! I would never hire this company!

David and Third Generation Services is not only great, but reasonably priced. They cut my lawn on a regular basis and do a fantastic job. I have a 6 foot vinyl fence and they take great care in making sure they don't damage it in any way. I met the guys who take care of my yard, and they are great guys. Very dependable, and quick. I highly recommend.

Very pleased with the job. After a couple of delays due to weather. Mike finished the stump grinding to perfection. Great work. Highly recommend the company.

Company contacted me almost immediately by phone and email saving me time and having to wait around for an appointment. They were able to provide a quote by viewing my property on line. Showed up as promised and did a thorough job. Competitively priced.

I was exchanging emails with the owner and he forgot to tell his workers that I was going to to pay online once he provided me the invoice. I had to have my grandmother at the house since I went to work and school that day.They came and began the work, initial a gentleman showed up with his wife, then told her that he had to go get more help, left and came back. Once work was complete they harassed my grandmother for the money and her unable to get a hold of me paid them anyways even though the arrangements were made the David. I had a decent experience just poor customer service.
