Bill and crew removed the popcorn and prepared the ceiling for smooth flat ceiling and paint. They only worked on the joints and the quality was NOT good. Ceiling had problems all over. He did not applied a mud coat to all the ceiling, only to the joints, leaving a really bad surface. I had to hire another company to do the job right. Bill told me I had unrealistic expectations. If you want your ceiling or walls to look perfect don't hire this guy. he wants to come in, do a half decent job, charge full price and go. we agreed to a $1,500 discount and that was not enough to get the ceiling right by the competitor that originally quoted lees than him but finished it right. I should have gone with the the other company from the very beginning, they did two skim coat and sanding. now my ceiling looks perfect. I understand i'm meticulous, but anybody would see the problems he left. not worth the money he charges.

I called Bill to come and give me an estimate, two days later he started the job, he was on time and very courteous, I highly recommend him.

Bill performed a ceiling repair to the best professional standards. Installed new drywall, mud, sanded and painted. Excellent finish. No complaints. He pays attention to details and have a to of years of experience. For the one that wants best results at a competitive pricing Bill is the guy.

Cleanline, Inc. was more expensive than I thought it would be. The job failed the first inspection by the building inspector so he came back to redo it. He did it without a fuss. I don't fault him for that and it was good that he came back. He was a nice guy and they got the job done promptly. He returned the phones promptly, he works all day so he was slow with email. They drew out an action plan for everyday and they asked me to approve what they had done everyday. He followed the factory recommendations and so he was fair on the price, he had to charge me extra for this and that after he got into it. I would recommend him.

The work took three Saturdays to complete, due to my schedule and the nature of the work itself.







He brought an industrial vacuum cleaner to pick-up the dust from the wall sanding and went out of his way to put up plastic sheeting in order to minimize the dust from spreading.  Excellent work and results!

First and foremost Cleanline Inc met and well EXCEEDED our quite high expectations in terms of quality and value.

Our criteria was to hire a professional that was very knowledgable, experienced and would deliver quality workmanship at an acceptable price.  As new homeowners we had plenty of questions.  We contacted several contractors for both painting and the ceiling work.  I spoke with Bill, the owner of Cleanline Inc.  Following my initial conversation with Bill, I knew that he was the right person for the job.  Bill was very helpful in providing advice on how best to accomplish our project; some tips on what other services may be good to couple with the painting and ceiling work in order to save money down the line.  In addition Bill was responsive to my 1000 questions about the job and alternatives.  All in all we spend 30 minutes on the phone prior to the bidding process.  We had several quotes for complete interior  painting, removal of popcorn ceiling, and smooth finished ceilings.  Cleanline Inc was BY FAR the most reasonable.

 We made our timeline very clear and Bill felt he could accomodate us.  Bill and his crew got started the day after closing.  They did a spectacular job, on time.  We never expected the final product to turn out so well.  What a relief after searching through so many companies and having to put our trust in someone that we had never met.  Bill is extremely honest and upfront: was responsive to our needs, attentive to detail, and delivered on every promise that he made.  Our house looks great thanks to Bill and Cleanline Inc.  We will certainly be calling Cleanline Inc. in the future.
