By March 2013 we noticed there were tons of missed spots. Contacted them...took months before someone came and even looked at it. Finally in Nov. 2013 they had someone come to re-do it as I was under warranty. By March 2014 all of the fiber tech was flaking off the entire pool. Notified owner...made so many phone calls, finally he came out and spoke with us...Promised to fix the problem. He never did a d*** thing...other than taking the year to switch his company to Carnival Pools. Finally in April 2015 he called me and told me it was not his problem...that I would have to contact Fiber Tech...when I asked what their number was, I was told he didn't have it and he hung up on me. They are not a good company. They don't honor their warranties and use employees who have no clue how to do the job properly. Would definitely warn people to stay away from them.
Thank God we found someone to re-do the shabby work that was done by this company...unfortunately at our expense.
Because the original owner now lives out of State and his partner
changed the name of the company and they operate under an LLC...we don't even have a leg to stand on to recover any monies given to them.
