The electric dryer did not need an expensive repair as I feared, but only a long overdue dryer vent cleaning. I could not be happier with the skillful, courteous service rendered in a prompt amount of time.

After about two weeks I could not get on again. I took it back and was told that I needed an additional $40 for diagnostics. I gave $20 more for them to get it back working.

I have used Affordable Appliance repairs on multiple occasions.
They have repaired/upgraded 2 computres, fixed an ice maker and diagnosed and later installed a replacement microwave.
Service is generally same day and all personnel are professional and pleasant.H

The repairman (Cole) came within an hour of my call. He was very friendly and put us at ease, worked quickly to find the problem and gave us some good advice. We decided to go with a new refrigerator, but I would definitely call them again next time I need an appliance repair.

The gentleman arrived and evaluated the situation, then stated that he knew exactly what was wrong and repaired it immediately. He then checked entire dryer for other possible problems. He was very professional and competent. Our dryer is working fine now and we will use this company for any future needs!

They didn't know anything about the coupon that I accessed off of Angie's List website. It was a little awkward. They did give me a little break but they said they were going to look into the deal because they didn't know anything about it. They did give me a little discount on it. It went really well. They said they didn't know if they could get the part that we needed before we left out and it turns out they did get the part on that day and they did come and fix it on the day we were going to leave. It worked out really well and we didn't have any problems with the refrigerator since.

Usually when. Repair person is here I don't WANT detail, I just want it fixed, so it is imperative that I trust the technician and the company he/represents, to do the job right. He did.

We have had Affordable Appliance repair out to fix a broken ice maker as well as inspect our microwave and later install a new one. |Additionally , they have also repaired a laptop for us. |All employees have been absolutely outstanding and service and prices are good. Highly recommend !

Replace gasket on up - right freezer.

Arrived on time, very professional and helpful. Checked vents to make sure there were no obstructions. Repairs were expertly made. Went above and beyond, I would definitely use this company in the future. Highly recommend.

I think his service calls are very reasonable. We called their Beverly Hills number and the gentleman that comes out is very reliable, very professional, and we feel that he's extremely fair. We even recommended him to our neighbors just a couple of weeks ago. We had already had our ice maker and another thing repaired on that refrigerator too, but he then said that if I was considering changing the appliances out that I should just think about going ahead and doing that. He also said if I decided to keep the refrigerator and it goes out the next time I call him he wouldn't charge me for a service call. We thought he seemed to be very knowledgeable and so we went ahead and just got a new refrigerator.

He is very friendly and very calm. He was professional and very informative. He showed me everything he was doing and how he replaced it. He is good. Actually I wanted to have my washer fixed as well but he said that it really wasn't worth fixing and to use it till it stops and then buy a new one. So he is very honest. I would use Affordable Appliance Repair in future. I already have called him to do another job.

The price for them to come to your house is $39. If you have something repaired, the $39 is waived. Cole came to our house to repair our dishwasher (leaking because nuts were cracked). He was very honest about the condition of our dishwasher (does not sound exactly as it should when it runs), which will probably not last very much longer. Although we could have opted to buy a new dishwasher, I decided to go ahead and have it fixed and take the risk that the motor won't go soon because of the moisture from the previous leaks. I would like a little time to research new ones, and it cost about $55 more than it would have to do nothing. It did not take Cole long and he checked to make sure it was not leaking after he fixed it. I was very pleased with the work done, the price, and felt that he was very honest with me. I will definitely use them again.

My overall experience with Affordable was very good. They were professional, and prompt. I would use them again if need be.

I liked that their service was very personalized from the owner. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely use them again in the future.
