I called about 7:30 am. He came out fairly quick, arriving a little more than a hour later, he immediately took care of the problem. When he billed us he took money off the bill because he did not arrive within an hour. He stated his goal is to arrive within a hour when customers call. He has over 20 years experience. Honest individual. I felt the price was a bit high, but considering I called early morning and we do live out so far. He takes cash or check only.

Being a senior citizen I have a hard time getting out.  When I called Rooter Guy (Robert) and mentioned this too him, he not only brought me the toilet, he installed it within the hour and cleaned up after himself leaving me no work at all after he left. He also gave me a senior discount, which I really appreciated as I am on a fixed income.  I have hired Rooter Guy in the past and will continue to do so in the future. Love my new power flush toilet. I only wish I had asked him about it sooner.
