Showed up within 45 minutes of calling. Diagnosed the problem professionally, had the part in his truck and made the proper repair promptly. Repairman was working under pressure because we had a flight to catch. He came through great. Highly recommended.

I called Hawthorne at 8am. By 11am a tech was in my home. I had three other companies out over the last two years trying to fix my heat. Two companies charged me for a new board. The third company installed a new thermostat. Nothing worked. On a cold morning I decided to try one more company. The Hawthorne tech came out, switched some wires that had been hooked up incorrectly and instant heat. I did not tell him about the new boards, new thermostat. I wanted to see if he was going to tell me the same thing the others did. He didn't. he was there to fix it and that he did. Could not be happier with the HONEST approach he took to my problem. Had to fight him to take a tip. Integrity at it's finest!!
