If I had researched this issue, I could have bought a brand new stove for the price I paid for the stove top and its installation. Ouch

They were very timely but I paid as much to replace the stovetop for as much as a new stove would have cost it would have been a nice word of advice

Edward is amazing. Truly, great personality, obviously loves his job and since I had already diagnosed the problem he waived the diagnosis fee! He knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it and did so right away.
