Excellent! They replaced the springs, center piece, all of the rollers, lubed everything, put in some extra support, gave me a 5 year warranty; all for like $475. They truly care about the details which is why they are "precision."

The gentlemen showed up on time with all the tools, products, and safety gear needed. They installed the new motor, wound the springs, adjusted the wires and were done quickly. A very professional group of workers who made sure to clean up all of their mess including the small pieces of wire that my little dog would have just loved to eat. Price was exactly what was quoted. No photo included because I have not learned how to do that yet.

Sales rep Bryan was a previous installer and walked me thru the process. My garage has custom cabinetry that was close to the rails, and I had other installers indicate this was a problem. I was very pleased with Precision quality of materials, timeliness, punctuality and especially installation. A.J. and Jay were most excellent in fast installation, clean wiring, customer briefing on usage, clean up, etc. Door quality and installation were just as described, no surprises. My door is solid, insulated and opener works great on smartphone. Would highly recommend.

The were very quick to respond. Josh and Jay were very professional and friendly. They showed me the issue and fixed it. I had to get a new belt They didn’t try to sell me anything else which I appreciated. Though I did buy another garage door opener because mine was old. Thank you guys! Definitely will call again if I have a problem with the garage.

I have used Precision Garage Door Service before and I called them when I realized my garage door wouldn't close. They had my information in their computer and told me that a technician would arrive between 6-8 PM. About 30 min after I made the call the technician called asking if he could come over immediately. Two techs arrived and within seconds the garage door was in working order. I also asked them to install a key pad for the garage and again, within seconds the job was done. These techs were polite, professional and very personable.

Responded quickly, gave estimate explaining everything that needed to be done, and sent via email, appointment made, punctual, professional, friendly, total garage door overhaul and installation of new garage door opener, 2-3 hour job, very neat, technician double checked his work. Before we had this work done, our old garage door use to creak with loud noises as it opened and closed. It is not silent when it opens and closes. I have a bad habit of driving off and not closing the garage door. Now with the new automatic door closure, I can set the timer and the door closes automatically. The new outside key pad allows family members to access out house if we are not home. To finish up the job, he programmed my wife's Honda Odyssey garage door opener and left us with two addition door openers for our two other cars. Technician was very professional and did a very good job.
