Our experience with this company was outstanding! The technicians, Nick & Darrin, were very responsive, extremely knowledge and provided excellent service. They removed my old system and installed a completely new heating and air conditioning system. I found their pricing to be extremely competitive and the installers took their time to not only explain the system to me but also reviewed the warranty and optional extended service contact. I would absolutely recommend this company.

Very well. Darren and Stan arrived on time, and were very courteous and professional. It took about 8 hours for the job, and they did a good job of cleanup afterward. Would not hesitate to use them again. Also, their price was easily the best of the 3 estimates I received.

New AC works as expected. The company followed up to make sure everything was working, which it was.

Everything was excellent from start to finish. My AC just died late in the afternoon. Fortunately it was April and not June here in FL. The air handler was running, but the compressor fan was not. I asked my neighbor (a home inspector) for a recommendation and he gave me Tim O'Connell's name from Paradise Air Inc. and I'm glad he did! Since it was after hours, I left a message with their answering service (I didn't ask for an emergency call, as I figured I could make it through the night). Tim called me first thing in the morning. After explaining the unit died, but that it was old and I had no interest in repairing it and wanted to replace it instead, Tim said he'd have his estimator, John, call me back shortly to schedule a visit later that day. Within a few minutes of hanging up with Tim, John was calling and said he could come out between 11 am and 1 pm if that was okay - he was there by around 10am! He checked everything and took photos of the job and gave me quotes for a couple of options. John was very thorough in explaining the pros and cons of each option and answering all my questions. He was honest and forthright, which is always appreciated. After making my choice, he scheduled the replacement for the very next day(!) and told me the crew would be there around 8:30 the next morning. No waiting a week or more! The crew showed up exactly on time and were a group of three friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, experienced, professional, and hard-working individuals. They explained everything in detail, prepped the area, and got to work. I work from home and there was little to no noise and no unnecessary interruptions. When I finally went to check on their progress - they were already finishing up ahead of schedule - and my garage and outside AC area looked cleaner than before they started! I can't say enough good things about the removal and installation team! After they explained everything, gave me all the paperwork, and left with my thanks, Tim the owner showed up to check on the job personally. All in all, I can honestly say that I have NEVER had such a terrific experience with ANY air conditioning company in 30 years of home ownership. No strong-arm upselling, no haughty attitudes, and no BS - just honest advice and honest work. I highly recommend Tim O'Connell and Paradise Air Inc. and will be personally using and recommending them from now on. I have finally found my "AC guys".

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The repair man was the rudest jerk I have ever met. He literally drove up on our yard because he couldn't find a space to park. He complained about having to put in a pipe to drain the water and the a/c is still leaking! Although they were prompt about coming out it was a terrible experience and we still have a broken unit. I will never use them or recommend them to anyone. I can't believe they have an A on this site!

Very well. The two technicians were professional and they were able to finish two hours sooner than originally planned--from 8 hrs. They were punctual.--explained how everything should work. I took the maintenance plan as this is in Florida and I wanted everything to run smoothly--(Fl heat). The company was recommended to us by the homeowners association.

Outstanding service and value. Paradise Air replaced an 11 year old 10 SEER Reem system with a 5 ton American Standard Platinum 19.25 SEER variable speed condenser and gas furnace in March 2016. I purposely waited several months to post my review to gather Duke Power invoices. In the 5 months since installation our average power bill has declined $210 per month. The owner, Tim O'Connell was honest and straight forward. Service, communication, and follow up was excellent. Nick & Josh did an excellent job completing the installation. I highly recommend Paradise Air for your heating and air conditioning needs. I will have no reservations hiring Paradise Air for future air conditioning and heating needs.

Had water pooling by air return on a rental home. Called paradise air and they returned my call within the hour, and had a tech to the property within 2 hours. very professional

My AC was blowing warm air and the fan on the air compressor was not working. This happened on a Saturday afternoon in the summer and I was appreciative that Paradise Air was able to send a technician out the same day. Our technician came when he said he would and called first. He looked at our compressor then gave me two estimates, depending on if the fan motor was all the needed fixing. He then proceeded to fix the fan motor which did the trick, and happened to be the lower estimate. Our technician was very professional and pleasant, and was in and out in under an hour.

On a Saturday night, one of our 3 air conditioning units stopped working. We checked the circuit breaker, and concluded we needed some professional help. I consulted Angie's list and chose Paradise Air because they had good reviews and they are also recommended by American Standard (our brand of air conditioner). I called Tim at 8:30 on Sunday morning. He was a great listener and said he would come by that morning to look at the unit. Tim arrived about an hour later. He was excellent communicating his plan of diagnosis. He quickly found that the capacitor was faulty, and fortunately he had a replacement on his truck. He then found that even with the replacement of the capacitor, the motor had gone bad. Again, he had the part on his truck. We paid him $840 and he left about an hour later. Our air conditioner was fixed!!!

Unfortunately, another one of our air conditioner units just stopped working 2 days ago. This time, I called Tim right away. He was able to come yesterday morning. He again replaced the capacitor and the unit started working. $240 later and again, everything is great!

Tim arrived to find that our thermostat was faulty and not working well at all. Being over 20 years old, we knew it was time to be replaced. Tim was friendly and professional and replaced the thermostat for us. Very happy with the new product. Would definitely recommend Tim and Paradise Air!

Called Tim on a recommendation of someone and he came out for an estimate promptly. I was impressed with his thoroughness and professionalism. We agreed to have Tim do the work and a date was set for the following week. Tim and 2 of his men came out as planned and completed the work in a little less than 2 days. Tim's men were courteous and professional and answered any questions I had. They were very aware of any debris falling from the vent openings during their work and were sure to place drop clothes where needed.

I would definitely recommend Paradise Air Inc. to any family or friend.

Tim came out with in an hour of our call, attempted a repair and discovered we needed a compressor. He found it the next day in Orlando, and sent a driver to pick up the part and installed it the same day.(a day earlier than promised!) We had A/C with in 24 hours of his first visit. The price quoted was what he charged, and he did not charge extra due to the holiday. All in all we are very satisfied with his work and delighted by the efficiency of the repair. Would strongly reccomend. Also, we used a lock box to let him in and out, as we had to be away when he could be there, no issues with honesty or integrity. Very trustworthy. We only wish he offfered an AL discount, as other providers seem to advertise. But then again, his rates were reasonable, so no issues on our part.
