toddler, and the carpet looked great. They also took care of my
upholstery on my car. The car was used and has never been shampooed
before. It looked and smelled great after KMC took care of it. Highly

Once again, John and his team did a great job. They cleaned two rooms of carpet. They look new again. They cleaned 2 chairs and did a remarkable job on the bathroom tile. They are always on time, professional, pleasant, and responsive to concerns. He is an honest hard working guy who treats customers the right way.

This company is the Rolls Royce of carpet cleaning companies. Their prices are fair and their work is superb!

The dogs have completely ruined the carpet and no one can completely clean it like they did. I was very impressed with the cleaning that they did.

I called on July 4th expecting to get an answering machine, and was surprised to have Anne answer the phone. She asked if she could call me back on Thursday, the next business day, which she did. She was able to come out on Friday and work on our couch. The couch had never been cleaned and had a few year's worth of grime and dirt on it. They placed a tarp down on our floor so that no cleaning materials would get on our carpet. They spent a good amount of time cleaning the couch, and when they left the couch was was in much better condition. I'm so happy we called and had them come out to work on the couch, as I know I wouldn't have been able to get it as clean on my own.

KMC was very responsive and proactive. The provided me with an immediate quote and did not exceed what was quoted. Their price was very competitive. They contacted me on their way to my home to let me know the exact time of their arrival (on time). What they cleaned and treated was a large, light colored, sectional sofa and four white seat cushions. The items were heavily soiled by two small children and they now look as good as the day they were purchased 5 years back. The two gentlemen thoroughly protected the area in which they were going to work, and checked and rechecked to make sure every spot was removed. They did a fabulous job within the timeframe they stated it would take. We will definitely keep them on our list of preferred service providers.

They were great and thorough and went the extra mile to make sure the job was done well.
