STAFF WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY COOPERATIVE AND WILLING TO EXPLAIN THE DETAILS OF THE SYSTEM I WAS BUYING. AT NO TIME DID THEY TREAT ME LIKE I WAS STUPID OR INFERIOR FOR NOT UNDERSTANDING SOMETHING. THE OWNER OF THE BUSINESS HIMSELF ALSO CAME OUT TO GREET ME AND TO REASSURE ME THAT THEY ARE A LEGITIMATE COMPANY, NOT A FLY-BY-NIGHT AND GAVE ME HIS PERSONAL GUARANTEE THAT THE SYSTEM I WAS BUYING WAS TOP-OF-THE-LINE AND WOULD RUN WELL WITH NO PROBLEMS. WHEN I DECIDED TO BUY, THE TECHNICIANS HAD MY SYSTEM BUILT WITHIN AN HOUR AND EVEN DOWNLOADED THE WINDOWS XP PATCHES FOR ME SO I COULD BE SURE EVERYTHING WOULD WORK. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED FOR THE PRICE, AND WOULD DEFINITELY DO BUSINESS THEM AGAIN. I AM SUBMITTING THIS REPORT FROM THE COMPUTER I PURCHASED THERE.
