Elite Cleaning Team

Tracy is a good cleaner when she shows up and the key word is "when"! She called me one day and said that she could not make our scheduled appointment as her son had a dental appointment and she would call me later.  I was completely fine with this.  She never called back, missed her next scheduled appointment and when I texted her to find out if she was coming back, she stated that she was because she needed the money.  I had no idea as to what was going on.  Twenty seconds after she texted me that she would be back,  I called her and as usual she did not pick up the phone.  At this point, we decided to cut our losses and find someone dependable.  We asked Tracy for the key to our house back repeadtedly and never received.  Eventually, after 4 weeks (since she does not answer her phone) I texted her and let her know that if we did not get the key back to our house, we would visit her in person with the police.  It's a shame that she is so undependable but not returning my house key...no excuse.
