The 1st head they installed didn't work properly so now they have to come back out & repair. I had forgot to mention that I was an Angie's List mbr & he was offering a discount but since I didn't mention while the crew was here they refused to give me the discount. They told me they would give me credit for the discount if I used them again, but I said that I wouldn't using the again, so forget it. I then had them out again in August to repair another sprinkler head. He came & did the work & honored the discount. The total charge was $95 but he only charged me for the part which was $35. After he left I went out & found that a sprinkler head was lying on the ground. When one head is out the whole thing doesn't work. I am under the impression he did this so he would have to come back out, fix it & charge me more money. I think they have very questionable business ethics & I wouldn't want to recommend them. I feel they should come back out & repair the other sprinkler at no charge!

DAVE CAME OUT TO GIVE THE ESTIMATE AND WALKED THE PROPERTY WITH ME. HIS CREW WAS EFFICIENT AND PROFESSIONAL. WORK WAS COMPLETED ON TIME. DAVE ENSURED THAT SOMEBODY WAS THERE FOR THE CITY INSPECTION. THE WHOLE PROCESS WAS SMOOTH.

The repairmen showed, but never fixed the problem. They were never able to send the repairman on my days off, which are week days. The receptionists always made excuses for problems. The owner never returned my correspondences. I thought that the price was high. I will never use or recommend this company.

I had to play phone tag with him. He was at my home for four hours. The work was good.

They need to have permits to do new wells, this took 2-3 months. I had to call them multiple times to get the permits, subsequently it took them several weeks to even begin the work. Eventually the owner (who in his defense is very kind an knowledgeable) came out. The owner began the work and began by cleaning out the existing two wells. He did the first well by hand, this took awhile. He said that he could not finish the rest of the job that day and that he would be back out on Monday. That is the last that I have heard from the company and the owner. I have made more than a few attempts to reach them, each time only talking to the office staff. I have still yet to hear a word from the owner, or see any progress on my unfinished work. After two or three weeks of calling they finally said they would send someone out. This has been a project that is still unfinished with their pipes and things still laying in my yard.

DAVE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROMPT, SPENT LOTS OF TIME EDUCATING AS HE WENT, EVEN DID A LITTLE WORK, WHICH HE DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR DURING THE BID PROCESS. HOWEVER, HIS CREW THAT DID THE ACTUAL WORK DID A MEDIOCRE JOB. THEY WORKED CONTINUALLY BUT LEFT THE JOB W/OUT LETTING ME CHECK LOCATIONS OF HEADS AND SPRAY ZONES IN MY FRONT YARD. I HAD TO HAVE THEM BACK TO MOVE ONE THAT WAS SPRAYING ONTO MY FRONT DOOR! THEY DID NOT CLEAN UP VERY WELL EITHER. NICE GUYS, BUT IT WAS A HOT DAY AND I THINK THEY WANTED TO GET HOME EVEN THOUGH THE JOB WAS NOT DONE CORRECTLY. IN THEIR DEFENSE, I SHOULD HAVE WATCHED THEIR WORK MORE CLOSELY AND NOT LET THEM LEAVE UNTIL I HAD CHECKED EVERYTHING. BUT COMMON SENSE SHOULD PREVAIL SO YOU DO NOT LEAVE A SPRINKLER HEAD IN THE MIDDLE OF A FUTURE PATH RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY FRONT PORCH AND LET THE SPRAY HIT THE FRONT DOOR AND LEAVE. HOWEVER, DAVE AND HIS BROTHER ARE SO KNOWLEDGEABLE THAT I MAY HIRE THEM AGAIN AND ASK THAT ONE OF THEM BE PRESENT DURING THE WORK.

DAVE WAS THE MOST POLITE AND DILIGENT BUSINESS OWNER I HAVE EVER MET. HIS NAME AND NUMBER ARE NOW ATTACHED TO OUR SPRINKLER SYSTEM BOX. WE WILL ALWAYS CALL HIM FOR SERVICES OF THIS NATURE.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB.

PERFORMED WORK WHILE WE WERE AT WORK. WE ORIGINALLY CALLED ON A SAT. TO SAY THAT THE ZONE INVOLVED WOULD NOT SHUT OFF. DAVE PECKHAM INSTRUCTED US OVER THE PHONE ABOUT HOW TO TURN OFF THE RECLAIMED WATER FROM THE CITY'S CONNECTION BOX ON THE RIGHT OF WAY, THUS AVOIDING AN 'EMERGENCY CALL' CHARGE. HE INSTRUCTED US TO LEAVE A MESSAGE ON THE OFFICE PHONE TO SCHEDULE WORK FOR DURING THE WEEK. WE LEFT OUR HOME # AND MY HUSBAND'S WORK # FOR CONTACTS. THE OFFICE ONLY LISTED MY HUSBAND'S WORK # AND CALLED THERE AND ASKED FOR BARB (I LEFT MY NAME AS BARBARA AND DO NOT USE THE NICKNAME BARB). THEY SCHEDULED THE WORK FOR DURING THE WEEK BUT LEFT A MESSAGE AT MY HUSBAND'S JOB THAT THEY 'DON'T LIKE TO WORK WITHOUT A HOME OR WORK #'.

VERY POLITE OFFICE SERVICE AND FIELD SERVICE. JOB WAS COMPLETED QUICKLY AND AREA WAS CLEAN. PUMP IS WORKING GREAT WITH NO PROBLEMS. IF I HAVE ANY SPRINKLER OR WELL PROBLEMS IN THE FUTURE I WOULD CALL AGAIN.

THEY ARRIVED WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND SOLVED THE PROBLEM. THEY HAVE A BASIC CHARGE OF $50. I WILL DEFINITELY KEEP THEIR NUMBER IN CASE I NEED THEM AGAIN.
