Horrible!! Do NOT hire! The damage they did to my house while working before I finally fired them when I caught them letting a friend of theirs into my house when I left to go to the bank. I now have to pay someone to come in and redo a lot of the work they did AND finish what they didn't. Brings his kids to the job, had them walking all over the floor tiles they were laying and now we have a lot of areas that are sunken in and need to be ripped up and redone. Going to cost me even more money in materials and labor than I already paid him. Also had a girl working on my tile that was not on his payroll so she was not covered under insurance or workmans comp. Do your homework. I wish I did. He tried to play off his other bad reviews we saw saying they were just angry customers but I can ABSOLUTELY understand why they were angry. He also doesn't give you a contract even if you ask and ask and now he is trying to change a $300 bill for materials into a $2,300 bill which is absolutely insane.
