United Irrigation solved our gutter drainage issue that had plagued us for years. The project went so well that we signed them up to replace our antiquated sprinkler system with a new electronic “smart” system. The work performed was of excellent quality , but the aspect I appreciated the most was their reliability and adherence to the project schedule. I don’t know about you, but when people don’t show up and perform against their committed schedule it drives me crazy. United Irrigation was on time, on budget, available to answer questions, and provided a lot of value added guidance during the course of the project. In summary, I highly recommend United Irrigation and will certainly work with them again in the future!

I’ve been using United Irrigation to take care of my lawn irrigation system, including putting in a control system and also they have been servicing my filtration system for the water in the house which includes external filters as well as reverse osmosis filters in my kitchen and they’ve been doing an outstanding job the entire time. Scott has performed all the work at our home over several visits due to a number of issues with a very old irrigation system.  He is helping us adjust/repair the system in order to put off the pending system replacement as long as possible.  They respond quickly to emergency situations and have been very helpful to us on numerous issues.  We continue to use their services and highly recommend them.

I phoned this company last week and made an appointment for them to come and repair my sprinkler system. The appointment was made for Monday between the hours of 12-3, the repairman did show up and seemed friendly enough. He said I needed a new timer and quoted me a price of $330.00 which I felt was a bit high, but I need my sprinkler system repaired to water my gardens and didn't feel I had the time to shop around. He didn't have a timer with him but assured me he would return the following day to replace the timer. I had a doctor's appointment which I decided to cancel so I could be here. Tuesday came & went with no one showing up. I received a call on Wednesday with an apology for him not showing up on Tuesday, admitting he should have phoned me, but said he just didn't and assuring me he would be here on Wednesday late afternoon. I received a second call from him saying he was running late, but would be here after 5, possibly even 6. It is now 7:30 I have not seen or heard from him again and when I attempted to phone the number he provided me with, I got some very strange answering machine message. I have phoned the main number for the company, which of course is closed and told them I was not a happy camper! I would NOT recommend this company to anyone!

I was very pleased with the service. I would use them again in the future. I highly recommend them to others.
