Their communication was absolutely horrible. When they came out and explained to them where i wanted to do it and how i wanted to do it, nobody spoke English. At least if there was somebody with them with whom i could communicate because they installed it not as i wanted it.

They were mediocre. They were not punctual, they didn't come when they said they would come, and it is not 100%.

Jose's employee, Mani, was very professional. He did an excellent job with the floor and stairs. I was very impressed. Everyone who sees the flooring comments on how beautiful and well done it looks!
Jose has been to my home twice. Both times I found him to be very knowledgeable and honest. Oricha's is going to be installing tile flooring in a bathroom and kitchen backsplash in my home in the next week or so.
