We live in a 15 Unit condo. Anthes has serviced our main garage door for many years. We have never had any complaints!! Last week we had our Annual Fire Marshall inspection. He stated we needed to either move our fire sprinklers or put a timer on the garage door opener. He installed a garage door opener with a DC motor. It is extremely quiet and has a built in timer that automatically closes the door. Again/still satisfied customers!!

I called the office number on 5/15, late morning. Steve returned my call within an hour (i think) and said that he had a big job that he was working on right then, but would call me first thing on 5/16 when they got in the office and set up an appointment. Steve called in the morning and came out within the time slot that he gave, he also called when he was almost here to give me a heads up (I have large dogs). He then looked at the problem, gave me a quote, had the parts with him and quickly (less than an hour) replaced both torsion springs (they were 11 years old). He also oiled down all the areas that make noise, so it's much quieter now. Oh yeah, and he added some extra concrete bolts (at no extra charge) for support as the old ones looked a little 'worn'. I will definitely call him back if I have any other garage door needs.
