Rich is such a talented guy that focuses on just one thing these days. He does Terrazzo Floor Restoration and he does it better than anybody. We were looking for someone who could take a 1966 Florida house and bring back the original terrazzo. We called Rich before we ever closed on the house in question. He came out the day of our inspection to take a look at the job. He allowed us to ask questions and provided us with information we did not even know we needed. Like all really good craftsmen, Rich was booked out some time, but he did provide us with three alternate restoration people and did ask that we call them. We did interview all three, but decided that Rich was worth the wait. He was able to get to us a little earlier that arranged and went right to work. Let me just say that this process is A LOT of work ~~~ and he and co-worker Brad really know their stuff. They are clean, efficient and just all around nice people. End result --  The floors look better than new.
