JPâ s worked on several aspects of our house helping to turn the messy project that it was into our beautifully finished home. Heâ s done countless straightforward projects for us like hanging closet shelves/racks, hanging heavy mirrors/portraits, installing pantry door and finishing door frames, just to name a few... As well as custom, wood/installation jobs like building our fireplace mantle, our built-in hightop desk, front deck, and backyard fence. JP is fair, trustworthy, reliable and our go-to guy! Our home is truly a tangible portfolio of his incredible work and we send his info to anyone who asks for recommendations on home project needs.

JP is always very friendly and professional and easy to work with. We hired him to do our living room floor and wanted to retain our original trim as it is the same throughout our home. We also wanted our new flooring installed under the trim not butted up against it as Empire Flooring wanted to do. JP installed the flooring, retaining the original trim as we requested with the flooring installed correctly under the trim and did a beautiful job while ensuring that the trim in the living room matched up perfectly at the corners with the trim in the connecting rooms. He does amazing work always at a fair price. We have had him do multiple home projects for us from cabinet work, install of ceiling fans with remotes, hanging TVâ s both in the house in drywall with cords behind the walls and outdoors on our patio in a concrete wall, and building a fence with gate from scratch around our pool equipment to hide it from being an eye sore in our backyard. I highly recommend Space Coast Home Services for great work from someone you can trust.
