Jewelry Sales/Design/Repair
Took in my 1944 Rolex that needed total restoration. They sent it away to Rolex who were unable to find enough parts to repair it. They called me and offered me another solution which was a local watch repair man who worked independently out of his home. They could have just told me sorry, we can't help. Instead, they offered a solution which didn't monetarily benefit themselves.
