There have been recurring problems executing repairs, paying HOA fees and property taxes and entering onto the premises without advance notice.

We used this company to list and manage our property.  During the listing/showing process, they were discriminitory and unprofessional with our potential compliants to which received complaints directly.  Once they got someone in the house the agent Margie Kemmler specifically did not adhere to the contract.  She did not collect the full amount for the security deposit, and she authorized the client to paint the house without permission and deducted the cost from our first months rent check.  When we wanted access to our house she could not provide because she didnt have any keys to the residence.  The checks for our rent came late and with the wrong name on the checks (which took 3 months for her to fix).  She did not return phone calls and emails and when she did she was highly unprofessional.  When escalating these issues to the broker he was equally unresponsive.  She did not collect late fees for late rent and failed to do inspections as requried.  She told lies to our tenant to which the tenant then informed us.  She took $200 for maintenance issues out of our first month's rent check then refused to use them when there were maintenance issues.  We had to pay for everything out of pocket after WE set up the issues to get resolved ourselves.  Indian River Realty eventually cancelled our contract after numerous complaints and then had the nerve to charge us in commission fee's for the remaining 3 months of the contract, which they took from the $200 they already owed us.  They sent us an additional bill for fees and certified mail.  Basically we paid this agency 10% of our rent a month to send us a check (late) every month with 10% less in it.  Absolutely no management whatsoever, unethical, and unprofessional.  THis is not how you treat military families or any family for that matter.
