Accomplished the task repairing the hole in my floor/replaced tile.

Late every day different emergency each day. He knew I was on a time deadline, but left my living room 1/2done to go to another job in the middle of the day.. Next day exposed to Covid his excuse. He said he could work 11 hour days to get job done. He worked 7 hours in three days and left me in a bind. Paid him half of the cost of the job as he required up front money. He has not returned any of the $1100.00 having worked 7 hours. he said he was getting a lawyer as he was hired to finish the job. I hired another contractor, they met my deadline in one day. His time of hours work would have taken two weeks, as he had so many emergencies and then exposed to Covid. only 7 hours in three days working, While he worked he and his helper did a good job.

Very thorough and skilled!

When he first started off, he was excited to work and get the job done. Over time the enthusiasm waned. He did a great job modifying a vanity in the bathroom, however the kitchen cabinets did not go in so great. He left a huge box of trash in the house and although I asked repeatedly for a receipt, I never did get one. Really disappointing, he is a nice guy and I was looking forward to working with him on several projects but the quality of work varied as did his commitment.

Mike is the kind person you want to keep in speed dial! He's affordable #1 and will do everything possible to complete the job.. didn't give up! Can't recommend Mike enough!

There was lack of communication. I did not feel that my issues ranked high in his priority list. When he had an emergency, had to reschedule he did not take the time to call and explain why he may not show up, I had to call him several times to ask why I have not heard from him. When he was finally on his way to fix an issue, he did not let me know. I was quoted one price to show up, and put a couple of screws in my garage door, unfortunately I was surprised with a higher price. However we did compromise. There was too much explanation of how far I lived, his cost of insurance, gas to get to my place. I provided him with a list of future projects, I reached out to him a couple of days later to see if I can get a quote. Never heard from him again with a quote of his charges, I guess I did not even deserve a decline of services. I hope everyone agrees how important it is that when scheduling house repairs we all must be mindful not going over our budget. Our house projects are also important to us, and we expect the same care from the person we hire. He did fix the problem for me, is just that lack of value and customer skills will prevent him from me hiring him in the future.

Really appreciated the communication he continued to have with us in anticipation of the work. he was able to change the plan when we discovered a lot more problems than we anticipated. friendly, funny, and very cordial. he will be doing more work for us

Mike went out of his way to come over ASAP and fix the problem So that I had use if my kitchen sink.

Mike was very helpful, most efficient, neat & tidy, & very honest.However, I think he was a bit pricey for our area. But he is licensed and bonded which is very important.

Had multiple small jobs that where done. All jobs were completed correctly but 1, were I had to hire someone else to come and fix. He came over to look at what jobs I wanted done & told me his price that we agreed to. After the job was completed the price has increased by $80.

Mike did a great job with my project which included fixing the work of someone else. He was honest about what needed to be done so that my new countertop was stabilized on the peninsula after.seeing my concerns and did a great job. I will call him again for future work.
