Between my work travel and their schedule it took a few weeks to get them out, but I told them up front it wasn't a rush. Once we were able to setup a time Reid came out and was quick, efficient and very knowledgeable. He was very nice and professional on the phone and gave us a few tips before he left. We'll definitely use them again if needed and would recommend them to anyone.

WOULD DEFINITELY CALL AGAIN - PRICING CAN BE HIGH, BUT THE SERVICE RECEIVED IS WORTH THE COST. NO COMPLAINTS - REED THE OWNER IS VERY PERSONABLE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.

When I turned on the irrigation pump, all I got was a loud "hum" from the motor. I called the company that had installed the system back in 1993 (new house) before 9 AM and they came at 10AM. Quoted me a price for a new pump, went and got the new pump, and installed it. Finished before noon. Same person (Reid) that had installed the original system - he remembered doing it, and was very friendly and efficient. Have nothing but good words for this company.
