The job was to be finished in one month, we are now in the 7th month since and had to hire an attorney, and consultants advising tear down and and start new. While doing the work, the roof has leaked in several locations, did not tear up the old roof in some locations. Got 2 nail in my side walls and had to do daily clean up after the crew. The flashing are wrong or not done at all. The expensive painted metals are severely scratched all over, Has used regular screws in some places, while Stainless Steel srewed was paid for. Z closures in many locations are missing. Some metal panels are missing. Some screws are not in all the way. Metals lack enough overlaps in many locations. Workmanship is not water tight without Z closures. Improper flashing. Peel and Stick showing under caps. Metals were cut and pieced. Black tar in silver painted roof in many places. Short panels on hip and elsewhere. Cap is screwed down without Z closure. No screws should be visible on a standing seam roof. Improper wall flashing and valley details, resulting in leaks. Z closure is installed backwards! Improper rake & no Z flashing. Hip starter installed wrong. Pictures are available. The City of Indialantic Building Department is witness and he has done this to others with horror stories we hear now.

It is November now and the roof is not finished, the workmanship is so poor that it already leaks, the new materials has been so badly rigged, cut ,scratched and pieced together without proper flashing and prep or proper installation procedure and adequate care that the whole roof need replacement now.

This roofing contractor provided great service. The roofers were professional, knowledgable and cleaned up immaculately on a daily basis. All services provided used the contracted materials and no corners were cut any where during the process. Would highly recommend using this roofing company to anyone.
