Mr. Richard Webb from Coldwell Banker Paradise (232 5th Avenue Indialantic, FL 32903) found our family the perfect house...for us. We had an unbelievably small budget and almost unrealistic goals. Richard however, worked tirelessly staying in constant contact sometimes meeting/contacting us several times in one day for almost two years. That's right, almost two years. At our first meeting he really listened to whats our needs were and made some suggestions that were extremely helpful. He is extremely knowledgeable regarding real estate, specifically in regards to the coastal areas. After so much time and so many false startsmost realtors would have relegated us to the back burner, but Richard always either answered us immediately or got back with answers for us in a very timely manner. The very best thing I can say is that if I decide to utilize the services of a real estate agent in the Bervard Co FL area, Richard will be the only person I contact.

Working with Richard Webb is a joy. We initially met Richard when we called to schedule an appointment to view a potential investment house that he had listed. He was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. He knew the current tenants personally as he had also served as the property manager on this rental house and we observed his care and concern for the renters while retaining a professional manner for the owner. Richard was honest and forthright about a the flaws and needed repairs to this house (we were buying and quot;as isand quot;) - and we had no surprises after the sale.

We felt Richard and quot;went the second mileand quot; by receiving and responding promptly to our phone calls and e-mails even while he was traveling on vacation. He never seemed in any way out-of-sorts with our intrusion - even though we knew that our potential purchase was a very minor one in his portfolio. He patiently answered our numerous questions (not only about the house itself but also about the landlord business and investment house buying). He seems very up-to-date on the Brevard County market. He has much experience that he willingly shares through personal interaction and on his web site.
