This contractor is spot on when hired for anything you might need fixed or maintained. The guys are very knowledgeable and professional and proficient at the job at hand, with timely response and completion. Prices are fair , competitive, and lower than some.

The contractor showed up the first day to take money from me, then returned the next day to start the job and asked for more money. He didn't do the job at all, only showed up to ask for money and explained me what the sequence of the job would be. I did not get anything of the money I paid him

EDIT to original review: After 3 months my paint started to peel due to old water damage. I called and Pat came out promptly, but was not happy that I expected they should know how to have prepped the area differently. LONG and SHORT is he said he would be out that Friday, Friday has never come and now it is 4 months later he refused to answer any calls or text. I was happy initially now I am annoyed that when it peeled He did not stand by his word. I have been ready to do the work and told him to send me copies of bills. Never did and just left me hanging. NOT COOL. I will stand by my initial review if he fixes it. they were excellent originally I just would like a response now. I would not hire Pat at D&A repairs again at this time unless he stands by his word and fixes his mistake They were there on time fixed everything and extras added on. Reasonable price. Hard working, I am very happy initially. Not now
