Yeti Construction, specifically, the Owner, Monte Enyeart, came to my 'rescue' when another General Contractor I had hired
through Home Advisor left town and forgot to order the sheetrock under our Contract. This other Company then tried to blame me
for not ordering the sheetrock and this other Company ended up breaching our contractual Agreement so I fired them!
Yeti Construction is professional,  provides excellent workmanship and completes the work contracted.
Hire this Company if you want the work done on time and with professionalism. I would definitely hire them again. Thank you, Monte.

Everything went well except for the replacement of a window with a vent.  The vent provided was too large and had to be replaced.

Yeti construction was totally professional in all aspects of the job. They were amazing from day one when they came and gave me an estimate. They listened to my needs and honored all of my requests. They were very punctual and courteous. They laid plastic film down to protect my carpet while they were working in my house. They took down the old walls in my shower and replaced my shower pan. I was impressed with how they cleaned up after themselves. I had all of my shower walls replaced and re-tiled as well as my shower floor. Upon my request, they built two shelves in my shower that had not previously been there, as well as installed a light in my shower. I wish I had taken before and after pictures to show how amazing the job was upon completion. I would highly recommend Yeti Construction. I felt they were honest, hard working, and reasonably priced.

We feel if you want the best construction company in the Tampa Bay area you need to call YETI Construction.  We bought a water damaged villa right after the mold remediation had been completed.  There were no cabinets, sinks, bathroom fixtures, appliances or window sills, no sheet rock on the walls 4 feet from the floor, no flooring only the concrete slab.  We replaced windows, doors the garage door and opener, appliances including the water heater, AC, heat pump and all the ductwork.  Lighting, flooring, plumbing, electrical, painting, cabinets, countertops, landscaping everything needed to be replaced or upgraded.  YETI Construction guided us through the entire process.  They are honest, dependable, and knowledgeable of all aspects of construction.  They immediately responded to every call or text.  They listened to our needs and as a result they transformed a shell of a villa into a beautiful home.  We consider them family and will miss seeing them around our house.

Yeti Construction was simply amazing.  The work and the new paint job on the outside makes it look like it's a brand new home!  The floors look beautiful, and you can't even tell repairs were done.  Everything went very smooth and quick.  Yeti Construction was very professional and kept us involved in everything from deciding the colors, to picking out the floors, to informing us on everything that had to be done and how it was going to be done. We feel like we are living in a brand new house.

Monte Sr was there quickly and did a very thorough estimate.  He was helpful and had great design ideas.  You can tell he has a lot of experience.  He designed the closet.
Monte Jr (the president) helped me with choosing counter top material and was VERY helpful, it was my first time in choosing stone.  He knew what he was talking about and helped choose the right product.
The whole team worked quickly and quietly.  They were open to my questions, answering them all.  The painting was excellent, the work was done perfectly.  They were tidy, put down rosin paper to avoid tracking dust and cleaned up after each day's work.
They finished everything including hanging the pictures.  I would highly recommend them and will use them again in  a heartbeat!!  

Fantastic! I was in a hurry to get this job done, as I was 8 months pregnant when we found mold and mildew in our walls and I wanted to have it taken care of prior to going into labor. I received quotes from 3 separate companies and found this company to be the same price range as my next choice, but liked the people better- they were much friendlier, they understood my time crunch and wanted to help me get it done ASAP, and they also seemed to understand what I was looking for better. I did not want to spend a fortune on the bathroom, especially at this time, but wanted everything done right, at the highest quality possible at the most affordable price. I did not want to sacrifice quality but wanted a price I could handle. Yeti construction understood this and worked with me to achieve the look I wanted without breaking the bank. The construction started on time. The team worked very hard to finish as quickly as  possible, but still providing a thorough, high quality job. They gave us an accurate quote, the only additional amount that we had to spend was on things that we added throughout that we had not initially asked for. They kept me up-to-date on when they would be there and what they planned to do, as well as informed when things changed. They were very friendly and did a great job. Now I have a beautiful new bathroom and don't have the stress of construction with a newborn or the concern that I have a newborn with mold or mildew in the house.
