We are snowbirds and this is the best contractor I have worked with in Florida. Yeti has fixed all the mistakes made by other contractors. These guys are very good.

I cannot day enough good things about Yeti!! Monty and Monty Jr were a dream to work with. Started when they said they would. Cleaned up and finished on time. They completely redid my kitchen. New cabinets, rebuilt some walls, plumbing electrical you name it it was done. I try and tell everyone about using them. Also they were very affordable. If you are like us and new to the area you have to use them!!!! Can’t say enough. Wish I could give A+.

They are about 2/3 the way through construction at our home. They have shown up each day, always clean up at the end of each day and have done outstanding work. I look forward to completing this review at the end of the project.

When we called almost 100% of the time the phone was actually answered. They showed up when they said they would, cleaned up the work and did an excellent job. Excellent company, will definitely look at hiring them again for much larger work.

Wonderful. I cannot praise Monte and Monte Sr for their quick responsiveness to any question or concern posed. Showed up on time, prompt, clean up each day, finished actually a day early. Had to order custom door and actually called me to keep me updated on delivery time etc. would certainly use their services again

Monte was one of the best contractors we found during our kitchen remodel process. We wish we could have hired Yeti for our entire kitchen remodel, but we were working with a tight budget, so we ended up having to do more work ourselves to get everything we wanted, but we did hire Monte and his team to do several jobs throughout the process. They proved no job is too big or too small for them, and every person sent from Yeti was fantastic. What we did hire them for was to fill in a large window, stucco and paint the exterior, drywall, custom shelving, custom built in wine rack (took some creativity due to the awkward space, but they did a fantastic job!), and a corner dining nook bench with storage. Monte proved to have high standards for work completed when the stucco didn't perfectly blend, only noticable once painting was done, and he had someone return to fix it. This was a big concern of ours at the beginning of the job, but it was not an issue at all. There was also a hold up with some of our custom shelving due to our lack of preparedness with some items, and they came out once we had our supplies for just a couple shelves to make sure the space turned out right. His team was A++ overall, and we would gladly hire them again.

They showed up promptly on time with a full crew and got right to work and kept working until the job was done. top quality work. In my 12 years in Florida this is the best contractor I ever hired.

He did a terrific job. The wall of my cabinet next to the refrigerator was deteriorating. He did a great job of replacing that panel. He also checked the water connection to the refrigerator and saw a leak that may have contributed to the cabinet wall deteriorating. The refrigerator installers had said that they had to use the existing connection because it was built in. That was not the case, because he did replace the connection so that it no longer leaks. When I got a new washer and drier, I noticed that the wall behind the washer was damp. He saw that water must have spilled during the installation and was able to repair the damage. Even though the wall was unseen behind the washer, he made sure that it matched the rest of the wall in color and texture. You'd never know anything had been fixed. In all, Yeti went beyond what they had to do and I would gladly hire them again.

Mediocre job on AC. Nice enough guys, very professional, but overpriced for length of time the job took and quality of the work. Not impressed with the drain option. Not caulked on either side, so cooled air escapes. No proposal ever received for other work that they said they were interested in doing.

It went great. The work was excellent and the window and door look like new again. All signs of water damage were fixed. They also fixed the door and frame so that the door would close properly. This was a major challenge as the door was badly damaged and off-center. The workers were courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend them.

It went excellent. Monte was quick to answer my email and came out a couple of days later and gave us an estimate and we set up a date to start the work. They were punctual, friendly and professional. They cleaned up everything when they were done. The job looks great and we don't have to worry about our roof falling down. We will definitely use them again.

Monte , Monte Sr and their crew obviously take pride in the work they do ; this I noticed from the get go. They were professional , meticulous , thorough throughout the entire process . I think the most important part of this experience that was truly important to me was having an open line of communication and accessibility with them which was always there . They are very knowledgeable and had a lot of useful suggestions which made the experience even more satisfying . Overall will use them again for future needs .

I was extremely happy with the service - timeliness and professionalism of the crew. I could not be happier with the work. Exceeded my expectations. I would recommend for any job.

He has been good. He followed up with me. Both of the jobs have been professional, on time and they do the work. They did very good. They asked if I had any questions or anything like that. The price is a little but higher than what I kind of would have like to.

All the workmen were professional, timely and conscientious. The owner and other members of the family worked on the project as well until completion.

Excellent! Yeti is professional, knowledgable and reliable. They show up on time and work hard. They worked on several areas in our home from electrical, plumbing, exterior, kitchen and fireplace remodeling. They go above and beyond to make their customers happy. I'm looking for more projects so they can come back!!

We were impressed with their explanations of how they were going to remedy the situation, step by step. We accepted their proposal, and, they started a few days later. They completed the job in 3 & 1/2 days, when they said it might take a week. They took the time to explain to us each day, their progress & findings, & ideas. They asked our opinion on what & how we wanted things done. They did a fantastic job, beginning to end. Will hire them again when it comes time for our next project.

From start to finish - highly professional. They arrived on time for the initial visit, evaluation of work to be performed, the work itself, and final visit to ensure I was satisfied. Mr. Enyeart always kept me informed as to progress - material acquisition, arrival times, etc... Estimated cost of repair was final cost. The cost was very competitive of the three I obtained. Could not be more pleased. I highly recommend YETI Construction.

Both areas of repair we done professionally, and look great. I will not hesitate to call them again for my next handyman repair!

We used Yeti construction to remodel our guest bathroom. We would highly recommend Yeti to anyone considering a remodel.
     The price Yeti gave us to do the remodel was fair. More importantly, the service they provided was great. Monte, the project manager, returned all calls in a timely manner. He, also, made several trips to oversee the project. We picked out many of the items used in the remodel at several different locations. As a courtesy, Yeti picked up all these items, which was very helpful to us, as we do not own a truck.
     During the project, we made a few changes and these changes were easily accommodated. After completing the project, Yeti hung the mirror, the window treatments, and even the wall décor. 
     All in all, we were pleased not only with the end result but also in dealing with a company that treated us with respect.
