The salesman arrived and drew up the plans. We spoke extensively about how to enclose my porch which had an awkward corner.
We made a plan it was drawn up and the size of the uprights were agreed upon. They were to be two by two.
When the kid showed up he began to unload the aluminum supports and I saw 4 by 4 posts. I questioned him and he stated this was what he was instructed to do. I then questioned him about the awkward corner, he stated I have no clue what I am going to to do there.  I called the owner who was the rudest individual. I asked "Why the 4 by 4's in a small area like mine it will look horrible.
He stated the county changed the plan because of the new hurricane codes. I then asked why didn't you say something Its not what I wanted, additionally I asked why the kid knew nothing about the awkward corner. This is when the owner became extremely belligerent and stated "You just don't have the money to pay me" It was a this point I hung up on him and threw his worker off the property. I was as mad as h*** that he would insinuate something as nasty as that. I paid him against my better judgement 250 dollars for time and materials left behind, to never have to hear are see him again. I figured it was the best way to protect myself. since clearly it was not me that couldn't pay it was top notch that couldn't deliver.

They came and measured the garage door opening. They gave us a date for installation which was 3 weeks out and they were back right on time. We were very pleased with the installation and the screen door.

Apparently, Top Notch Aluminum deferred the work to Pat Marvin Aluminum of Brooksville. Pat gave us a fair price to do the job and completed it in a timely fashion (half a day) a week or so later. They went about their job with courtesy and professionalism. Normally I refrain from recommending contractors, but in Pat's case, I will make an exception.

We got an estimate from Mark the owner to do a rescreen of the bottom of our lanai as existing screen was torn. My husband likes to do as much of our repairs himself as he can but Mark gave us such a reasonable estimate, he decided to have Top Notch do it. He asked Mark to give him a few days notice so he (my husband) could take out the old screen himself and clean around the area as there was a lot of dirt and algae on the screen and lanai frame. Mark did this and when my husband was cleaning he found rips in other parts of the lanai and birdcage screening. He called Mark who came out and estimated rescreening the whole thing. Again, the estimate was reasonable so we hired Top Notch to do the work.
Joe came out on the day and time agreed to and started the work. Because of the additional work he had to come back the next day to finish. He did a very professional job. The whole thing looks great. All the trash was picked up and taken away.
Both Mark and Joe were personable, neat and clean, and professional. My husband is hard to please but he was extremely satisfied with the work that was done.

I called Top Notch for an estimate for fixing the drooping gutters and replacing the downspouts. The company called me back quickly to schedule the estimate and were on time for the estimate. However it did take them a full week to call me back to schedule the actual work. This is the only "complaint" I have and it's a minor one. The technician arrived on time and did a wonderful job with the repairs and replacements. He matched the color to the existing gutters and even made sure to protect the brick when he had to paint the brackets that attach the downspounts to the house. He also corrected the flow from one of the downspouts so that it was away from the house. I was very pleased with his work and will use Top Notch again.

We get our gutters cleaned about twice a year. Top-Notch Aluminum Products was the company that had originally installed the gutters when the house was built and they were excellent. So, I called them up to do some work in September. The guy with whom I discussed the problem over the phone said that it was his father who had put the original gutters in. The son who is running the company came out to give us an estimate and we hired him. They did good work when they originally installed the gutters and we hired them back almost 12 years later when we had some problem with one of the gutters. They were extremely responsive to come out to take a look at it and to give us a quote on some older stuff. It's a small company that does a lot of work like gutters, window repair and door repair too.

I have used them for over 20 years and am very satisfied with their service. When I call them they come out immediately.

THEY MADE SURE WE GOT WHAT WE WANTED AND HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. IT TOOK THEM LESS THAN A DAY TO DO THE WORK. THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE AND PROFESSIONAL.

Did a beautiful job. Revised some areas of downspouts to make more sense, also looked better than the previous configuration. I requested some modifications after the job and they were done in a timely manner for no extra charge.

We obtained three estimates, Top-Notch was in the middle, the low bidder was tossed because of adverse BBB reports. Top-Notch was very flexible as regards scheduling the work to meet our requirements. They met every commitment, their workers were very efficient and professional. The fit and finish of the work is excellent. Top-Notch required a 10% deposit before ordering the materials with balance due upon completion.

THE REPRESENTATIVE OF TOP NOTCH CAME TO THE HOUSE AN TIME AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL and CORDIAL. HE MEASURED and GAVE ESTIMATE IN A TIMELY WAY. THE INSTALLERS DID A VERY GOOD JOB AND VERY PROFESSIONAL.

DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AND WAS ONE OF THE CHEAPER COMPANIES WE HAD AN ESTIMATE FROM.
