Everything went very well with all the structural construction, the counters and cabinets, and new floors. We love the attention to the cabinet design, counters, bathroom fixtures, and flooring Todd and Teresa gave us. We really felt like we were driving the decisions and they were making things happen. We were not happy with the electrician hired to rewire our house as he made several promises that were never followed through, wired several outlets incorrectly and did not correct them, and several times missed scheduled appointments.For example, our cooktop range hood installation needed to be installed before to counter and he arrived at the end of the day, told us he could not do it. We had to move everything around. Switched outlets in two rooms were aired wrong, and a bathroom outlet was wired backwards. We were promised a legend for the breaker panel several times, it was never made. Todd and Teresa are very professional but this choice of an electrician was a mistake which left us with bad wiring that was never corrected.

This was a major job on a small house -- new flooring, cabinets, and fixtures for the kitchen, and conversion of a bathroom into a tiled wet bath. Everyone, starting with Todd and Teresa, and extending to everyone who worked on the house, was extremely professional. Working from my initial plans, they drew up a comprehensive and accurate estimate. The only changes we had to make over the course of the job were for contingencies expected when working on a 65-year-old house, and even those we'd talked through during planning. There were no expensive surprises. Scheduling was likewise smooth. For six weeks straight, there was a crew working in the house nearly every weekday, all day -- I never felt I was waiting on other projects. And their craftsmanship is unimpeachable. I'd hire them back for any job, without reservation -- the results are worth every penny.

Teresa was great to work with and helped me select tile and colors, every detail, since I had no idea what I was doing. They were very professional and cleaned up every day, the guys were great! We love our new bathroom!

Team members were all professional in their contacts with me. They started when promised and finished within the time set as we had contracted.No additional charges were levied and The final look and functionality is as I had wanted. As I plan to age in place, these modifications will really support that goal.

Todd and his crew did a great job, got the job done on schedule and within my budget. The living room looks great - new walls trim and opened up the room.
