General Remodeling
Tim was the final step for me to complete the repair and damage due to a dehumidifier problem. The PVC pipe that takes the water from the air conditioning unit under the floor of the garage and outside came apart in two places and water went down the sides of the pipe rather than in it, and flooded the garage floor. As I was out of town for a couple of months I had a real mess on my hands when I returned.
Some of my dry wall was covered with mold and much of it had to be removed and replaced. Tim did the replacement portion of the job. He did a fine job not only putting on new dry wall, but put a coat of primer on it as the last step. He's a real professional at what he does.
