NEW OWNER BOUGHT BUSINESS AND CLIENT LIST FROM NEAL, PAST OWNER, WHO WAS EXCELLENT PAST 10-12 YEARS. NEW OWNER WAS CARELESS; BROKE 1 VENETIAN BLIND (1 REPLACED). WOULD NEVER REHIRE HIM. POOR SERVICE, MEDIOCRE CLEANING, AND POOR ATTITUDE.

WE WERE DISAPPOINTED IN THE WORK PERFORMED. IT APPEARED THAT HE DIDN'T WASH THE SCREENS ON THE VINYL STACK WINDOWS. WE HAD TO REWASH THE OUTSIDE OF THE KITCHEN WINDOWS.
