After several years of rotating suspect "pool companys'. and dealing with folks that don't even try to fix the problemÙ« I found Michael. Don't waste your time looking for a guy. just call him and you will be satisfied !

Mike was very professional and caring. first tried to see if my heater was under the warranty to save us some money, but unfortunately, the warranty has expired. He actually did what other companies didn't even try to do. I felt very comfortable with him, so we ordered a new heater he installed it, explained how it works and everything else about the warrant, we are a very happy customer, and we will record him to anyone.

Our house and pool flooded with the past hurricane and we lost our pump system. Not only were the 1st to respond to me on a holiday weekend, they were the quickest to get me a quote, the lowest quote and also got me on the schedule the quickest. Gave us valuable advise on cleaning up the pool after the storm as well. Didn't make us feel like they were in it for the money. He showed up as promised and worked quickly and left no mess. Have already referred them to many others. Mike will be our go to guy always.

Mike did an excellent job installing our new pool pump. He arrived when he said he would, did a great install, and the work was perfect. We are very pleased and would highly recommend him. We will definitely call him for any other pool work we may need.

Mike came out same day after his normal jobs and started at 7 PM. I have a large pool party and needed to get the Heater/Chlorinator fixed in my pool before Friday. He did an excellent job getting the heater working by replacing the capacitor. The Chlorinator was working but the pool stabilization was off in the pool. he also tightened some pipes around the pump that were leaking a tiny bit. He tested the chemicals to know my stabilizer was way off. He also removed a critter that crawled up in the heater and fried himself. I have made him my Pool company to deal with going forward. Could not be more please with his service and knowledge he brings to the job. First Rate! For the other contractors (4) contacted only 1 returned my request but they did not do heaters...

Very happy and pleased with the GREAT job he did removing my 20 year old natural gas spa/pool heater and installing a new JXI400NK Jandy - Pro Series JXI Pool Heater 400k BTU natural Gas+ VersaFlo. Mike is very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing...gave me information needed to be sure I operated the unit properly as well as tips to help make the unit last longer. My background was in cable construction with AT&T and I am very used to engaging and dealing with contractors. Everything about the job from start to finish went perfectly!
