I bought 2 2ton Rheem air conditioning units for my rentals from them, about 2-3 years ago . They installed them the 1st year them came 16 times to service them, for the same issue they could not solve the problem . near the end of the free service period me and the manager lawrence had a argument in the parking lot of the rental units because of all the hassles i and my tenants had to go thru with these units. After the argument all of a sudden the units were working better . instead of breaking down every 45 to 60 days they would need service every 90 days . He claimed that my drain pipe was not level but it was never an issue with the drain pipe before the two units were installed and of course that wasntt included in the free service call . . after the first year i stopped using steves air conditioning service and started using different service people everytime i would call a person they would say something about the installation and how poorly the machine was operating . Nowadays i call a service man out to work on these machines every 60 to 90 days . to clean out the **** in the inside pan that blocks the drain pipe . terrible company wouldnt recommend them to anyone . i even called the rheem factory and told them about the situation and they told me to call another serviceman to check it out . and alls they want to do is charge charge charge . Terrible company .

Their service is fantastic!

The coils were filty dirty with nicotine which caused much damage to my home. When I turned the furnace on, the air quality was zero. I had to leave the house because my eyes were burning. The odor permeated throughout house. It is a horrible odor. I will paying nearly $2,000 to have the smells and smoke taken out of my home. This company is telling me it is not their fault because I asked for maintenace and not a cleaning. Either way, they should have realized the coils need cleaned.

That really impressed me, that he lifted the ducts and no other contractor did that. He was very thorough. He was also, reasonably priced.
