Showed up on time. Gentlemen every one of them. Three days after installation had a small problem with filter relocation. Called to ask them to move it. They were here in 40 minutes. No questions asked. Great job. Great company. A+

Everything went well.

Unfortunately I was not here at the time of installation but had a relative on site at the time. Upon return and inspecting the job done I found they had left or lost the cover for the electrical unit that turns the collectors on and off to the roof.. I have call the company twice now and waiting for a supervisor to call me back. Upon call back which was done by the worker who did the work. I found out it was a box from my last system. Appears the removal of the box would call for more money to be charged. The worker disabled the function of that box and save me hundreds of dollars by not removing it.. Which I now appreciate him looking after the consumer. Only thing I would have done different was scheduled the work to be done when I was at the house. Unfortunately due to a family problem I could not do this but the worker looked out for me..

They were prompt and very courteous when giving an estimate. The price was fair. They arrived on time, pulled everything out, repaired the old holes and installed the new system in record time. The noise was minimal, everything was cleaned and hauled away and the functionality was explained clearly.

It went great. They gave me a good price. They had originally installed the solar unit for the home. They told me it was over 20 years old and had just worn out.

They were good to work with overall. They were good with calling and coming out within their time frame. They were also polite, attentive, and answered any questions that I had. They were careful with their work.

They were the least expensive but not because they offered a cheaper product. After doing research I found that the product they use is one of the best available. Their salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly. The crew showed up on time and were also professional. Pool is now very warm and we are happy swimmers!

Removed panels promptly, roof was repaired by another company, replaced panels promptly. No problems.

You can be confident they know what they're doing. They come on time and complete the work quickly and efficiently.
