Since the moment I walked in and was welcomed by Pete I had a great experience. Pete is a nice guy. No high pressure. He explained to me about the difference in coils in a bed. I could have spent less but I picked this bed as it had a lot of pocketed coils and the cooling gel and other nice qualities. Thanks Pete for your help. The delivery guys Zack and Danny were awesome. They both have cats (good folk) and they were sure my 3 cats didn't get out. A frog got in. Once discovered I'm sorry to say he's toast!!! I highly recommend Sim's. I came due to a great referral and they were right.
