"William, First off, I am a bit perplexed, to say the least. I finished your job back in March of 2021, and you are giving me a bad review now? Why did not you reach out to me a lot sooner, I would have come back immediately to evaluate whatever is going on and fix the problem, even if it mean redoing the entire job. As you can see by all of my other reviews, I take great pride in doing a good job and making my customers happy, my entire business is based upon referrals. As a fellow small business owner, I think you of all people would have not taken this avenue if you were wanting a resolution, I do not think you would want your customers to instead of reaching out, just try to discredit your business which is what you are doing here. The complaints above are shocking, to say the least, even your comment about Sherwin Williams and them being incentivized to keep their contractor business is really unprofessional and not true. There is nothing I can do now, I do not know if after 2 years the items you are complaining about were from day-to-day wear and tear or from the job being done poorly. All I do know is that when the job was done, we did a final walk-thru with you and you were extremely happy. You did leave out in your review the condition of the home while we were trying to paint, it was empty when we gave you an estimate and you were literally moving in the day you scheduled us to start. Chaos is an understatement, not only did we have to work around sheer disarray, but we also had to contend with your Boxer (very cute by the way) which made it even more of a challenge since he was able to run freely throughout the home while we were trying to work. We were given 2 feet of space to paint, we still managed to get it done to your satisfaction at the time. Like all other companies, there will be one person who feels the need to write a bad review, I am certain that other people considering using our services will look at all of our reviews before forming an opinion based upon this one review that was written almost 2 years after the job was completed and never once gave our company an opportunity to do the right thing if there were legitimate issues."
