SAM'S HOME REPAIRS

It went perfect.  The two window frames were buried behind stucco and Sam was able to remove them without damaging the stucco.  He inspected everything prior to installing the new windows to make there were no hidden issues.  He installed the new windows, opened and closed them many times to make sure they were good to go.  He and Kathy cleaned up the worksite very nice, removed all debris, and ask when they were finished if we had any questions, and we were happy with the work, and he cleanup.  Couldn't be happier with the work they performed.

He is very good and very reliable. He is very professional and I think he is a little expensive and that is my only gripe. He is very punctual and he comes when he gives you a written estimate online and everything is up and up with him. I like him a lot; it's just that he is expensive. He did a long list of handymen work. He is more capable of doing painting and construction work than what I had him in for. I would hire him again.

Sam and Kathy were prompt, neat, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. Their tile work is excellent, and they were helpful in helping me with my materials list and made some great design suggestions as well. The job took a little longer than I expected, through no fault of theirs, but they were flexible and accommodated the schedule changes I had to make. I have used them before on smaller jobs and always liked how they worked, and they maintained their level of quality on this much bigger project.
