Randy the Pool Guy LLC is a full service Pool and Spa cleaning and maintance company, servicing Pasco and Hernando counties. As an owner operator I take extreme care with all my clients pools and property, I am a one man band so I am the only person that will ever be on your property, no need to worry about a new "pool guy" showing up every few weeks like with the bigger companys. I am fully licensed. As a former Engineer specilizing in waste water and municipality pumping systems I am extremly familier with all forms of water pumping and filtration system including Single and Variable Speed motors which allow me to perform maintance on your system with ease know matter what you have, eleminating the need for another company. Iâ ve been using Randy since McGuires stopped pool service. Over the past several months, Randy has insisted my pool had a leak. The pool was â losing saltâ . He was telling me I was adding water. I paid over $400 to find out no leak. I started doing my own investigation. I took samples over to my local GPS Pools. My pool salt content was â off the chartsâ . Apparently, my salt cell went bad, due to improper cleaning. Randy NEVER checked the water itself. Only the electronic board for chemical readings. Do NOT use Randy. Worst service ever!! If I could give no stars, I would.

"Very sorry I don't see any record of you being a customer, be that as it may pool leaks are very difficult to diagnose but are a very serious problem for the owner as well as the pool tech, if your tech advised you there was a leak the best thing to do is to have a qualified leak detection company investigate it. Please stop leaving fake reviews."

This is a sole proprietor business and so far very reliable. We wanted to stop using a company that kept changing employees cleaning our pool. Too much turnover. We are finding Randy to be very consistent so far. He's been working to get our chemical levels proper because the prior company didn't manage this very well. I would recommend this company.

Found Randy and so glad we did!! Our pool hasn t looked this good in months and he has better pricing than our previous person.. So happy we finally found someone new after months of bad inconsistent pool service! My only regret is not hiring him sooner!!
