They sent 2 people out one said he was kin to the owner and very rude. I asked them to add Freon to my unit as it was low. After he added Freon he told me he added some type of leak stopper also. Unit worked for 2 days and has not worked since. The total charge was about 2/3 of my monthly pension check and made it even harder on us that month. They did come back out when I called them but the lady on the phone was very rude. The young man that is supposedly kin to the owner offered to put my 668.75 payment  toward the cost of a new unit which we still cant afford. We are retired and have serious breathing issues and the lack of AC does cause us problems. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy!

There were two persons that came to my house - a worker and a "supervisor". The supervisor was the rudest person in sales I have ever encountered. Stated my A/C was terrible and should never have been put it and my electrical bills must be terrible. I stated they were not and he all but called me a liar. He stated the company had a money back guarantee; when asked what that was he stated if they had to come back out within 30 days they would apply the cost to a new system. When I told him that was not my definition of a guarantee he became angry and told me I didn't know what I was talking about. I paid the cost because it was too hot to argue ---- but Angie's List subscribers beware.

800 2000. He told me it would be $2000 to come back out and I rejected that offer and then they came out anyway and told me I needed a whole new system inside and out, which would be $8000. I had another company fix it for $300 and it has worked fine since.

It took a while to replace because we had to find a double switch.  I have used my dryer maybe 6 times since then and they are telling me that I would have to pay another service charge for them to fix it.  I told them that I was going to call Angie's List and the lady told me that she would take action against me if I called to report.  She said "be careful what you do cause we will take action against you," and then hung up on me.

They are always accommodating. They come back and if things are not done perfectly they fix it again. When they installed my air conditioning unit they pulled all of the permits for me. They did a very good job. They are available twenty four hours a day seven days a week. He has come out to do servicing for me on weekends. The price can be a little high at times. I like that the offer a discount for continued service with them.

When they mounted the new thermostat they did not center it so it looked even with our humidistat. I asked him if he could center it and he became angry. He stormed out to his car and then came back in and moved it. I then told him he never hooked the humidistat back up. He then told me it had never been hooked up. Then he asked me if I was calling him a liar, but it had been hooked up before they arrived and it was no longer hooked up. They continued to get more and more angry and they eventually stormed out of the house. They even put sheet metal screws under my car tires! They never did hook up the air handler and it is blowing air out of the sides and there is now mold on the wall next to it.

They came out right away, got the job done quickly and did everything at a reasonable price. I would use them again if need be and recommend them to anyone!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, WAS VERY UNEASY WITH HIM. WOULD NEVER CALL HIM AGAIN, GOOD CON-COMPANY WITH THE OLDER PEOPLE.
