PRISTINE HOME INSPECTION

I spoke to the person and he sounded professional over the phone. The person was 30 minutes late. I went over what I wanted inspected (it was a repossessed house). My main concerns were the roof, electric, plumbing, air conditioning and any other major problems. He presented a nice report with photographs, but he dwelled mainly on visual problems mainly the ones I pointed out. (i.e. I knew the bathrooms and kitchen would have to be remodeled). He dwelled on things like loose down spouts and outside light fixtures. He did point out several problems one being that the washer dryer hook up only had one water line available. What was more important concerning this line was that there was not lines hooked up to the water system, no outlet for the dryer hookup and other things of this nature. In general the man did a fair job but he needs to focus on major deficiencies and not minor ones.
