The first service was good. I've had better cuts in the past, but all I cared was that they showed up on time, which they did. It started going downhill after that. They were supposed to cut the yard every Friday, but one Friday when I came home from work, I found it had not been cut. I emailed them and asked if they'd be by soon. I was told that because there were 5 Fridays in that month, they were skipping that Friday. Um, what? That was never discussed when they gave me the estimate. I said that was fine, though.
I assumed they would be back the next Friday. I came home from work and my yard was still not cut. I called and left a message. I emailed them. I never heard from them again. However, they are still advertising for new business. I would never use this company again nor refer them to anyone.
"Customer was never promised a specific day of week. All accounts are based on a 4 cut per month basis. Client was very inflexible and hired another service without notifying us of cancellation. Going through 3 lawn services in 2 months should tell you something."
