They are very knowledgeable. They went into all the cracks of the gutter and every crack around. They went into every room but they centered in the kitchen. They treated all the appliances and the cupboards. They were very thorough. I will recommend them to anyone.

I always had issues with scheduling. No matter how many times I told them I could only have Saturday service calls, inevitably I would come home to a note on the door saying, and quot;Hey you weren't home so we only treated the outside.and quot; They never called to schedule appointments first.
We started having problems with ants in the kitchen at the end of October. They had multiplied in November and December and were all over our house. I had the service techs out three different times in those two months, each time being a nightmare to schedule, but the ants never went away. Finally I sent them a message and told them the choice was theirs -- they could either have one more chance to come out and kills the bugs or I could cancel my service right away. A manager called me and said they'd like to come out again, and that he would be there with the tech. The tech did come out, but the manager wasn't with him. He found where the ants were coming into our upstairs bathroom through a crack in the caulk of our vanity, but treating it there just sent them to other places back downstairs. Whatever they were doing wasn't treating the root of the problem.
I've had ants in the house before, but nothing like this. I counted 60 of them on one very small section of my counter, when I hadn't even cooked in the kitchen for over a month. I literally felt like we were overrun. I had to cancel our Christmas gathering because there was no way I could have people over to an ant-infested house. We are not disgusting people, and it's embarrassing to have a problem like this when I'm paying for a spray service!
I will say that all of the techs I had were very friendly. We had three different ones during the course of our business together, and I liked them all It's nothing personal against them, but this is a case of 4 strikes and you're out.
(And a funny side story --- when I called customer service to cancel my service, she asked if I wanted to keep the regular scheduled service for that Saturday. I said no, and she said she'd cancel it for me. Fast forward a couple days to Saturday, and I get a call from the tech about what time he'd be out that day... )

Great service. There is no bugs whatsoever inside our home. The new agent we have is very nice and respectful of our time. Unfortunately the last agent was not as amiable as we would like. Overall it has been a great experience.

They are very good. I have wasps that keep making nests in different places. Orkin sprays them and knocks them down for me. If I ever ask them to do an extra area they are good about doing it.

We have and on-going contract with them. It costs us $30 per month. They come when I want them to come. The price is okay. They have done a great job getting rid of the bugs.

They seem to do a good job and we have a very good relationship with the person who comes out because he is the same person every time. He is a really nice person and calls us whenever he needs to come.

WAS LATE GETTING TO HOUSE, BUT CALLED BEFORE TO LET US KNOW HE WOULD BE LATE. CHECKED EACH BAIT STATION FOR TERMITE ACTIVITY. HE TOLD US THERE HAD BEEN NO ACTIVITY AND LEFT. TOO EXPENSIVE.

It's been difficult catching this rat. It got its tail caught in a trap, and now it won't go near one. Orkin has been very helpful. They are very friendly and easy to deal with.
