I took my daughters car there because when a/c was on I heard a noise. Too make a long story short they did not know what they were doing and further ruined the car by cracking the dash board, and she now has the check engine light and reaction light coming on. The compressor they put in does not cycle properly. Furthermore they had the car for two weeks. I know have to take it to another mechanic who has to correct the damage they have done. Jim the manager knows only how to collect money. He knows nothing about cars and he will price gauge you. Terrible shop.

"It is a shame that people can come on to a site like this and make claims that are nor accurate or true. Our only comments to this are as follows. The check engine light and other lights that were on in the dash were on before we ever worked on the car. This was clearly noted on the repair order and are on the tech work sheet before any work was performed. In addition the A/C system has nothing to do with the check engine light operation. In light of good customer service we did replace and repaired a few wiring issues for no cost even though these problem were caused by what appeared to be from the car being in an accident wires pinched into the block of the motor. Additionally we replace an ac controller at no cost but this consumer fails to mention all that we did in an effort to make things right even though these issues were not of our doing. I guess the bottom line is you cant make everyone happy.. Harry Bergner"

the national service manager for replacing them was $1100. unbelievable. national just a franchise. others my not be like this..

"We are not sure what this person is saying? We do not show this customer in for repairs anywhere near the date that he said he was in?? Additionally Jim the manager of the location has worked for me more than 11 years. Dave a Tech in the shop has worked for me since 2007 Ben the shop foreman has work for us just about 3 years now. We have not had a person named Josh work for us going back prior to 2007. We have a stable crew and have been here for many years.. Several of us are ASE master Techs and have been for many years. We are also a AAA approved auto repair center as well and are a Napa Auto Care center. These organizations to not allow shops that don't know what they are doing to operate under there flag. We have a feeling that there has to be some sort of miss communication in this matter. Harry Bergner"
