OWNER? MADE A 5 TO 5:30 APPT. WAS CLOSE BY AT 2:30 AND WAS UPSET WE WERE NOT HOME. WENT TO BRANDON (1HR AWAY) AND WHEN WE CALLED HIM AT 4 PM HE SAID HE WOULD TRY TO BE AT OUR PLACE BEFORE 9 PM. CANCELLED HIM WHEN I FOUND OUT HE HAD AN UNSATISFACTORY RATING WITH THE BBB.
