+ -1 moreI've used them for a long time. There was no charge. If they come out and can remedy the problem without any parts or anything like that, they don't charge. I was having a thermostat problem and I thought it was my air conditioner was going out. It was just the settings. My husband played with it so much the settings were all out of wack. They didn't charge me to come out and take care of that. They're really good people.
