Very particular and professional to ensure a perfect task. Lawrence is friendly and a very dedicate professional. He doesn't try to up-sell to increase the rate for repair. He explained the repair procedure needed and answered all my questions. If I should need future repair work consistent with his profession, he will be the person I call.

Very responsible, detailed, conscientious and proud of his work. His quote was higher than another contractor recommended but it was all inclusive. The other contractor did not include materials or painting which did not satisfy me and left me looking for another paint contractor which I would rather not do. Very satisfied with his work.

We hired Larry Gillis for ceiling repair for a leak, which he repaired and applied dropdown to the ceiling through finish paint. We learned of his other carpentry/construction skills and hired him to update our bathroom and he also teamed up with the "floor man" and took up the subflooring, added stringers and replaced with new subfloor. He has an eye for detail and works to perfection. Hire him for sure. Larry is one of the nicest person you could meet. If we were all like him, the world would be a better place.
